What is The Nature of Business in a regenerative world?
My goal is to help Connected Leaders create businesses based on principles and patterns that are true to humanity, nature-based cultures and the natural world.
There is an imperative we have to innovate new ways of doing business that take into account our humanity and our remaining resources. How we mentor the next generation through individual leader training and broader cultural mentoring, both in business and community, matters.
I would like to have a conversation with you about the vision of connected leadership and the role of conscious leaders in a regenerative world.
The leaders I work with have several traits in common. They have a deeply felt sense of what is right and kind for people and the planet. They also feel the tension between what they want in their heart and what is required for income. This conflict takes a toll, and it stems from a false choice of either do good or profit. The leaders I mentor learn to make their work and their workplace a channel for the best of humanity.
I am expanding mentoring opportunities for business leaders and building a community of practice in cultural mentoring and connected leadership.

I focus on strengthening connection to self, others, and nature because those intricate links can reweave our lives and culture. Awareness of these connections reveals the otherwise invisible practices that shape our experience, our expectations, and our relationships.

This call will introduce you to how the core routines of connection and cultural mentoring methodologies can help foster a new movement of connected business leadership and connected companies.
You will learn from case studies of senior leaders emerging from initiatory experiences with great capacity to see structures of behavior and purpose that were previously invisible to them. These are stories of people whom I have helped to connect to their whole self and to foster the expression of the whole human at work. I will also share frameworks for transforming company culture based on highly connective and thriving cultural environments of origin.
